Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Only regular priced items may be refunded /exchanged. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all its original labels and packaging.

Please note that in-store purchases can only be exchanged or refunded in-store.

 

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are only possible before your order has been shipped and before you have received a shipping confirmation by e-mail. You can verify your order status by calling our customer service department at 1-877-239-0354. If you have already received the shipping confirmation, you may return the merchandise as soon as it arrives by following the process outlined below.

 

Return Procedures

Take advantage of free returns anywhere in Canada. Please use enclosed poly bag and Canada post return label along with the electronic receipt at any Canada post outlet.

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange for the same item, please send us an e-mail and send your item to:

Shipping

Orders are shipped by Canada Post and delivered anywhere in Canada.

Free delivery with purchases of Canadian $100 or more excluding taxes. Only $10 Canadian for orders of less than $100 in Canada. You choose the address that works best for you. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Once your order has been shipped, you can track it using the Canada Post online tracking tool.
